Threat Assessment: WMD’s in Poland and Russia

Unclassified

United States Secretary of State- Noah Reynolds

Distribution:

President Martin Widzer

Threat Assessment:

The United States use of WMD’s in Russia and Poland, as well as ballistic missiles in Russia is cause for immediate concern. The United States must and will cease all provocative actions, and by doing so, the Russians agree to remove any military buildup in border regions. Humanitarian and basic aid will be provided to the areas affected by the attack, and meetings will be held between the leaders of Poland, Russia, and the United States to try and find a diplomatic solution to the problem. Allow for international observation and participation in peace talks and humanitarian efforts.
