While neither the U.S. or Russia are willing to resolve their dispute over compliance of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, both countries consider backing out. Significance: If the INF Treaty comes to an end, the United States and Russia will have to consider how its collapse will impact the military rise of key international players like China and European countries.
