In the meeting,the discussion was focused on the progress towards the complete disarmament of chemical weapons. This has huge significance as it comes at a time where Syria has attacked thousands of hundreds of people with chemical weapons. The OPCW is loosing legitimacy as it continues to do nothing to punish the Assad regime for the inhumane attacks that have occurred. It is important to realize how far we have come but also recognize how far we have to go.
