Subject: China’s military boom in the Border of India, Negotiations have reached a standstill on the 30th Of November, Which has lead India to raise military Presence at the border.

Status: Heighted

Event: Communication between China and India have reached a standstill in border talks leaving both sides to raise military presences on the border. China began a massive military buildup  on the border of India leaving a situation which could lead to an invasion or complete cut off of supplies to India from the north.     

Action: U.S to monitor the situation and if all communications from both parties fail send in a peacekeeper in order to retain order in the area
