Simulation Reset

Hey Everyone,

I have reset the program and fixed several of the problems encountered.
1. The has been cleared. Please re-post DIME resources in accord with your earlier Intel Reports and continue to do so this weekend.
2. When directing posts, you can now look under mailing lists & Coalitions –> Issues/Blogs –> then choose the region (DO NOT USE Intel Reports)
3. NATO and the EU should now have funds
4. I am not sure about the attachment issues.Try a different computer or device.
5. If you come across any other issues, please let me know asap.
