The Russian Federation will not be antagonized by western forces. Russia has every right to defend our borders, and we express deep concern for the increased presence of NATO and US forces within Eastern Europe. Russia will take every step necessary to secure ourselves. This matter is of the utmost importance, as the threat of hypersonic missiles makes Ukraine a strategic position for NATO and the U.S should they choose to take military action against Russia. We will not agree to any diplomatic processes until U.S and NATO forces are withdrawn from the area.
