No Fly Zone over Syria
Only humanitarian flights will be allowed over Syrian airspace, unless there is a direct threat to civilian life on the ground, in which case threats to those forces will be targeted by multilateral air forces.
Any entity suspected of using chemical weapons will be destroyed by air force enforcing no-fly zone.
