DRAFT AGREEMENT

India looks forward to hearing from other nations and wishes to maintain its consistent supply of oil from the Middle East. We have reached an agreement to buy oil from Afghanistan without restrictions or sanctions, and have reached an agreement with Mexico to buy oil at reduced prices. Further, we expect China to prevent escalating hostilities in Jammu and Kashmir — this will allow us to channel oil through the mountainous region into India.

– Foreign Minister Shamik Bhat of the Republic of India

Japan is in agreement with its ally the United States nuclear proliferation must be stopped and that allowing Iran to gain access to a nuclear weapon is an unacceptable outcome. However, our economy has energy needs similar to other developed nations and therefore we must be ensured we can maintain our import levels of oil and will not be frozen out of the market by reduced supply. We have a potential agreement to loan oil drilling and refining technology to Libya in exchange for reduced prices and priority exports and the acknowledgement of the Government of National Accord as the legitimate government of Libya.

-Foreign Minister Austin Ness of Japan

Mexico’s position is largely influenced with the need of economic stability. Because of this Mexico has agreed to continue being the U.S. biggest oil supplier. Mexico has also extended this agreement to India to purchase oil at a reduced rate. The United States has offered to continue providing its financial support to Mexico if needed.

-Foreign Minister Leslie Bezanilla of Mexico

China is prepared to engage in the new Iranian Nuclear Agreement as long as our oil consumption needs are still met. We have agreed to shift our primary oil supplier to Saudi Arabia to maintain the energy needs of the citizens of China. We also request that if China is to enter this agreement, the United States must increase its humanitarian aid to North Korea. China is willing to help Inda maintain consistent oil supply by preventing escalating hostilities in Jammu and Kashmir. If our energy needs are met in this manner the Peoples Republic of China is willing to enter the Iran Nuclear Agreement

-Foreign Minister Matt Bekier of the Peoples Republic of China

Libya’s number one export is crude petroleum. If Libya were to strike up an agreement with India, China, or Japan, to send engineers to help create internal oil refineries. Libya could make a deal on oil sales to any of the countries. This would create more job opportunities in Libya and work towards making the country a safer place to visit.

-Aimee Hughes Foreign Minister of Libya

We ask the U.S. for economic aid to strengthen our financial sector. We will also implement our own form of intelligence agencies to help the U.S. dominate the regional area for humanitarian aid. We will join the Iran Nuclear Deal if our requirements are met.

-Foreign Minister Jimyeong Yoo
