This article outlines training for First Responders. The training was to help equip them to respond appropriately and in a timely manner to chemical emergencies. The training was provided in Panama to individuals from many Latin American and Caribbean nations. The OPCW and Panama helped to run the training.
Significance: These trainings help with confidence building measures in the region.
