Subject: North Korean Satellite Confirmed After Photos Leak.  

Event: North Korea announced the deployment of a satellite to the United States and United States territories of Guam and Hawaii. North Korea claims to have detailed photos of the White House, Pentagon, Anderson Air Force Base, and Hickam Air Force Base. Photos have yet to be confirmed.  

Recommendation: Prioritize dialogue with North Korea without preconditions. Collaborate with Japan in order to closely monitor the situation. Take steps to bolster national security.
