IAEA and INTERPOL – Work with states to obtain permission to carry out inspection the world over. IAEA in particular, find the source of uranium which is flooding the market and demand inspections in those countries that have illegally acquired materials and weapons. Finally work with states and “technology control regimes” to attain control over these danger instruments of illegal wars – including NBC weapons as well as illegally proliferated conventional weapons.
